Position Summary

As an Associate, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will support strategic client initiatives while gaining hands‑on exposure to client strategy, value creation, operational excellence, and XR‑enabled transformation.

Working closely with experienced colleagues across Commercial Strategy & Operations and Solution Delivery, you will support the preparation of strategic client deliverables, analyze operational and performance data, and contribute to initiatives that drive adoption and measurable client impact.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to enterprise software, strategy consulting, and operational excellence while building the analytical and business capabilities required to solve complex challenges for leading global Life Sciences organizations.

• Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including strategy & solution proposals as well as account and implementation plans.
• Analyze reports and performance data to extract insights that contribute to client value realization and opportunity identification.
• Support planning, tracking, and documentation across active client initiatives to ensure structured follow-through.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts by identifying friction points and providing input that sharpens client strategy and solution adoption.

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with strong academic performance.
• At least one completed internship or working student position in a consulting firm.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments such as startups or scale‑ups is an advantage.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle multiple work streams in a dynamic operational context.
• Structured problem‑solving approach with resourceful, solution‑driven thinking.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting data for actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with high standards for clarity, accuracy, and presentation quality.
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus.
