The Associate role at L.E.K. offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges. The nature and pace of L.E.K.’s strategic work facilitates the rapid development of a highly analytical skill set in a collaborative and rewarding team‑based environment. As you progress you will take on a significant level of responsibility and build your leadership skills.

• Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers
• Performing rigorous strategic and financial analyses, using leading‑edge software and techniques, to develop deep understanding of commercial issues
• Collaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client
• Making L.E.K. an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture

We are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way. Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests. Fluency in another European language is considered an asset.

As a new Associate you will be supported with a comprehensive initial two‑week orientation programme, followed by thorough monthly training sessions designed to complement your on‑the‑job experience. These cover the full range of skills needed to develop and progress your career within L.E.K., allowing promotion to the Consultant role without attaining an MBA.
