Projektleiter Events – Event Manager

• Ensure all aspects of programs are successfully delivered to clients
• Manage the fiscal health of programs and communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Participate in developing integrated client and agency solutions
• Guide development, writing, and presentation of proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans
• Communicate PCNs clearly to clients and secure approval
• Build and maintain effective client relationships
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and program status with clients
• Manage program processes from creative through execution using Jack Morton processes and tools
• Lead team meetings and manage team communications and deadlines
• Coach and oversee junior team members
• Develop junior talent through challenging assignments and constructive feedback
• Manage resources and book external resources as needed
• Create program budgets and manage program revenue
• Translate costs into detailed sell prices for clients
• Manage and mitigate third-party costs
• Manage vendor and freelance talent relationships
• Reconcile program costs against budgets
• Participate in creative brainstorms
• Identify innovative solutions and production methods
• Maintain creative treatment integrity in deliverables
• Recommend alternative solutions and technology to enhance experiences

• Four plus years of event / client services experience
• Strong program management, organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
• Interest and experience in Consumer Engagement & Activation, Meetings & Events;
  Digital a plus
• Strong familiarity and comfort with technology in general
• Desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Demonstrates strong program management and organizational skills, effectively managing client relationships and program budgets while leading teams and developing junior talent. Proficient in communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences and staying informed on industry trends.
