As Head of Compliance Service & Automation, you help shape how companies handle regulatory requirements in the future: more efficiently, with higher quality, and as an integrated part of their daily operations rather than a downstream obligation. You bring deep compliance expertise, understand our customers' challenges, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to translate that knowledge into scalable solutions.

• You lead and develop our team of compliance experts and customer success managers, creating an environment where technical excellence, customer focus, and innovation come together.

• You set the strategic direction for the Compliance & Customer Success area and take ownership of making our customers successful over the long term.

• You act as a strategic sparring partner for our customers on topics such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, NIS2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.

• You have a solid understanding of automation, technical integrations, and LLMs, and know how to apply these technologies deliberately for real customer value while guiding your team in doing the same.

• You spot regulatory developments and market trends early and translate them into opportunities for our customers, our product, and our go-to-market strategy.

• You actively contribute your compliance experience to the evolution of our platform and help radically simplify complex compliance processes.

• You make sure the voice of our customers is reflected in product decisions and company strategy, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

• You build scalable structures, standards, and processes that let compliance expertise, customer success, and team performance grow sustainably.

• You have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals together.

• You bring solid experience in compliance (e.g., information security, data protection, AI regulation, or quality management) and know relevant compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, NIS2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act from hands-on practice.

• You have several years of experience advising customers on compliance topics, ideally in a consulting or professional services role, and know how to translate complex regulatory requirements into concrete, actionable solutions for different types of companies.

• You're enthusiastic about new technologies, especially AI, LLMs, and automation, and know how to translate them into scalable, practical solutions with real customer value.

• You move confidently at the intersection of compliance, technology, and product, and enjoy solving complex challenges pragmatically.

• You communicate complex topics clearly and directly, whether to executive stakeholders, customers, or engineering teams.

• You take ownership, question the status quo, and drive topics forward independently.

• You think entrepreneurially, spot opportunities early, and want to help shape the next generation of compliance automation together with your team.
