PMO Manager – Strategic Transformation

• Operational program leadership and PMO management for multiple strategic programs running in parallel
• Structuring and managing multi-stage implementation plans, including prioritization and milestone planning
• Tracking implementation deadlines and managing escalations in the event of schedule risks
• Aligning responsibilities and interfaces across business functions
• Coordinating work streams to standardize client, contract, and billing data
• Tracking milestones and progress across data programs
• Preparing decision papers for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
• Managing decisions on scope expansions, as well as data governance and data lifecycle matters
• Acting as the interface between the central data foundation and automation and AI initiatives
• Tracking maturity progress across automation initiatives
• Supporting the prioritization of data-dependent use cases
• Preparing consolidated program reports for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
• Managing dependencies and risks across parallel initiatives
• Resolving resource and scheduling conflicts
• Maintaining standardized decision papers and status-reporting formats
• Coordinating stakeholders across locations and business functions

• Several years of experience in program or PMO management, ideally in a regulated financial services or banking environment
• Experience managing complex, multi-stage implementation programs; experience in a regulated corporate environment is an advantage
• Basic understanding of data architecture concepts and automation/AI applications in a wealth management or family office context
• Proven ability to communicate with Executive Boards and Supervisory Boards, including preparing decision-ready materials
• Experience supporting strategic transformation programs involving organizational, process, or technological change
• Strong affinity for data and the ability to develop data-driven decision-making materials for management and governing bodies
• Strong conceptual and organizational skills for structuring complex issues
• Hands-on mentality, high degree of ownership, and strong execution focus
• Confident manner and excellent communication skills when working with diverse stakeholders and competing interests
• Fluent German
• Good written and spoken English
