We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Senior
Project Analyst (m/f/d) to support business performance by identifying opportunities for improvement across our projects. You will analyze processes, investigate root causes of project challenges, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement practical, data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data, and driving continuous improvement.
Lead analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess current processes, challenges, and improvement potential.
Map and document processes, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Lead root cause analysis to address underlying operational and business challenges.
Identify, quantify, and prioritize key bottlenecks and performance gaps.
Develop and drive improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Monitor outcomes and ensure improvements deliver measurable impact.
Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Measure and communicate the impact of process and performance improvements.
Partner with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other functions on strategic improvement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive alignment on priorities
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
3 - 4 years of experience in Project/ commercial/business analysis, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Fluency in English and German is required
