Stellenbeschreibung
Stellenbezeichnung: Transformation Lead - Strategy Execution & Business Transformation (m/f/d)*

Transformation & Organisation (TO) was established to support the Reinsurance & Specialty Group in delivering the transformation ambitions embedded in Ambition 2030. As a center of competence for transformation, TO works closely with the Global Functional Leaders (GFLs) to drive initiatives across areas such as process optimisation, organisational design and steering, IT harmonisation, shoring, and the adoption of new technologies. These efforts aim to reduce complexity, improve efficiency and strengthen organisational effectiveness.

As a Transformation Lead - Strategy Execution & Business Transformation, you will work at the center of these efforts. You will help identify and shape transformation opportunities, bring together stakeholders from across the organisation and lead initiatives from initial concept through implementation. The role combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery, turning business challenges and opportunities into practical solutions that deliver sustainable improvements and tangible business outcomes.

The role reports directly to the Head of Transformation & Organisation and works closely with the TEC Transformation Enablement Center (TEC) team, leveraging expertise in organisational design, process excellence and shoring.

Your Job
  • Partner with Global Functional Leaders (GFLs) and other senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce complexity and strengthen organisational effectiveness
  • Translate strategic objectives, business challenges and improvement opportunities into clearly defined transformation initiatives, including scope, objectives, delivery approach and targeted outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to functional leaders, developing approaches, building stakeholder alignment and supporting effective decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and prioritisation of the broader transformation agenda, focusing on initiatives that create sustainable improvements across processes, technology landscapes and ways of working
  • Lead transformation initiatives and projects from planning through implementation, orchestrating activities, resources and TEC specialist expertise across functions and disciplines
  • Shape future-ready business capabilities by aligning operating model, process and technology transformation efforts, enabling scalable operations and AI adoption
  • Establish effective project structures and governance, drive progress and ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed objectives, timelines and expected outcomes
Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, business management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives
  • Strong judgement, ownership and pragmatism, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance strategic objectives with practical realities, and drive initiatives through to implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and mobilise diverse groups without formal authority
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives, craft compelling materials and support decision-making at senior management level
  • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic, with a strong bias-for-action mindset, combined with a collaborative working style and the confidence to challenge established thinking where required
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, automation and emerging AI capabilities and their implications for business transformation
  • Fluent in English
