As a Principal at BCG, you will maximise your deep industry expertise and insight to chart the course for complex client projects, ensuring that each pivotal initiative is poised to deliver maximum impact and value. You'll network within client organizations to understand agendas, assess implementation challenges, and generate sustainable results.

• Consistent track record in the consulting environment, with extensive experience in advising clients and developing tailored solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex issues.
• Strong executive presence, adept in creating and communicating powerful narratives
• Proven ability in nurturing client relationships and keen interest in driving business development.
• Experience in leading and mentoring large teams, with a strong commitment to people development.
• Fluent written and oral language skills in German and English.
