SAP PM, CS Consultant

• Subject-matter and technical consulting in SAP PM/EAM and SAP CS within the scope of implementation, transformation and optimization projects
• Analysis of existing maintenance and service processes and design of target processes
• Design and implementation of solutions in SAP customizing
• Integration of PM/CS processes with adjacent modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO and, if applicable, IS-U / S/4

• Assessment and further development of existing CS landscapes in S/4
  
  HANA compatibility mode as well as designing target architectures based on SAP S/4
  
  HANA Service
• Support for the migration from SAP CS to SAP S/4

• Support for testing, migration and go-live activities
• Support for ongoing operations through 2nd-/3rd-level support
• Preparation of business and technical specifications, documentation and training materials
• Conducting workshops and training sessions with business stakeholders

• Degree in (business) computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable technical/commercial training
• Several years of project experience as an SAP PM/EAM consultant, ideally supplemented by experience in SAP CS
• Solid know-how in SAP PM/EAM
• Knowledge of functional locations and equipment
• Knowledge of notification and order processing
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, maintenance plans and maintenance orders
• Knowledge of confirmations and reporting
• Ideally knowledge of SAP CS, including service notifications, service orders, service contracts, warranties and billing of service activities
• Understanding of the SAP roadmap for CS
• Initial or in-depth experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Service and/or transforming CS processes to S/4
  
  HANA Service
• Project experience in the S/4
  
  HANA environment, e.g., simplifications and Fiori apps for maintenance and service
• Ideally experience in the energy supply / municipal utilities sector
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong team orientation
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills preferred

Demonstrates expertise in SAP PM/EAM and SAP CS, with a strong focus on process analysis, solution design, and implementation within SAP S/4

HANA environments. Capable of conducting workshops, preparing documentation, and providing 2nd-/3rd-level support while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
