What you bring to the table
  • General: We are seeking a senior marketing professional whose expertise is built on a solid background in Marketing and Communication - whether through a degree, vocational training, or continuous learning. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experiences: You bring several years of experience in Marketing Management, ideally with an entrepreneurial background or in a dynamic setting. Proven success in brand building and skillfully navigating the complexities of marketing to multiple target groups is highly desired.
  • Skills: You are an expert in classic digital marketing (Content Marketing, SEO/SEA, Social Media) and possess deep AI‑Driven Marketing expertise, knowing how to strategically use automation to drive efficiency. You combine strategic thinking with a strong operational execution capability.
  • Personality: You possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, a doer mentality, and a willingness to rethink areas from scratch with a big portion of creativity. You are highly adaptable, love taking ownership, and thrive on bringing new, bold ideas to life in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Mission:

As our Lead Marketing – Brand & Ecosystem Growth (full‑time, start as soon as possible), you are the entrepreneurial force responsible for rebooting and scaling our entire marketing engine. You strategically build the ZOLLHOF Factory brand and ensure that our complex ecosystem (Startups, Corporates, Talents, Events & Community) speaks with one compelling voice.

Here is an overview of your tasks:

  • ZOLLHOF Storytelling & Strategic Brand Leadership: You will lead the strategic development and establishment of the ZOLLHOF brands, crafting a single, cohesive, and inspiring storyline across all business units and programs. Your main task:
    Ensuring that the unique ZOLLHOF Experience shines through and is present in all areas.
  • AI‑Driven Campaigns: You are responsible for developing and executing high‑impact multi‑channel campaigns (Online, Social, Events). You actively leverage AI tools for automation and process efficiency to maintain a strong hands‑on execution mindset.
  • Multi‑Stakeholder Marketing: You design targeted strategies to successfully engage our three core audiences:
    Startups/Entrepreneurs, Corporates/Partners, and the Tech Community.
  • Growth Consulting & Sparring: You consult and actively spar with other team members, ensuring all new programs and products are developed and launched with a strong, market‑ready perspective.
  • Team & Resource Development: You manage our internal designer and external freelancers, with the mid‑term goal of strategically building and growing the internal marketing team.
