Senior Lead Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of a development team focused on identity‑provider topics and Keycloak
• Architectural work around login, self‑service and identity processes
• Design and further development of Keycloak setups including architecture, customization and extension options
• Close collaboration with product owners, business units and other development teams
• Technical oversight of backend applications and an existing frontend application
• Contribute to system design and solution architectures in close coordination with the team
• Further development of the team's capabilities through technical guidance, sparring and coaching
• Use of AI in various phases of the development process
• Development, operation and maintenance of multiple applications for validating customer information
• Work in a hybrid infrastructure with cloud‑native and on‑premises Open Shift environments with a view toward cloud migration

• Degree in an IT‑related field or vocational IT training with comparable multi‑year practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in fullstack development and in technically leading roles
• Deep experience with Keycloak, including architectural setup, customization and extensions
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Angular and other modern frameworks
• Solid experience with Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Open Shift and Terraform
• Practical experience with Rust, Oracle/PostgreSQL and working with database and platform architectures
• Experience in system design and architecture work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to teams
• Willingness to engage in conceptual work and to further develop solutions in dialogue with stakeholders
• Experience in development and requirements engineering using AI‑assisted methods
• Structured, responsible and team‑oriented working style
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
