We are looking for a Senior
Accountant (m/f/d) as we accelerate our growth journey. This position will be based in Steißlingen.

Your Responsibilities.

• Management of general ledger accounting in accordance with HGB and US GAAP (posting, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations)
• Participation in and coordination of the monthly closing process
• Responsibility for the entire cash area (bank contacts, bank reconciliations, cash reports, and cash planning)
• Support of the preparation of annual corporate income tax and trade tax returns together with Accounting Manager and tax advisors
• Supervision of payroll accounting for multiple locations in cooperation with an external provider
• Coordination and participation in the preparation of annual financial statements under HGB (reconciliation from US GAAP to HGB)
• Support of financial audits and acting as the point of contact for auditors
• Promotion of collaboration with all company departments on finance-related matters
• Point of contact for inquiries from the accounting department of our parent company

Your Qualifications.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable and General Ledger experience required
• Fundamental understanding of Accounts Payable and General Ledger required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  Effective written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Strong micro‑soft office skills
• Experience with Oracle an advantage
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, customer‑orientated environment
