Our clients are predominantly owner‑managed international medium‑sized companies or groups, which we provide with economic and fiscal support in their business activities on the German market. We offer a wide range of individual services specifically designed to provide each client with optimum support.

Our activities include the compilation of annual financial statements, the preparation of financial accounting and payroll accounting as well as fiscal consultancy in all areas. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive economic consultancy and carry out audits of financial statements.

• Carrying out audits of annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB in Germany as well as at the registered office of the parent company.
• Compiling annual financial statements
• Preparing tax returns for companies and private individuals
• Assistance in the financial accounting and, as the case may be, preparing of the corresponding group reporting
• Carrying out due diligence projects
• Participating in the execution and preparation of transfer pricing documentations
• Offering advice to our clients in fiscal, accounting and economic matters.

• You have several years of professional experience, mainly in a medium‑size auditing and tax consulting office in the areas of auditing and tax consultancy.
• Your strong analytical skills enable you to grasp new concepts and matters quickly.
• You stand out for your sensitivity to meet the clients’ requirements and needs.
• A distinctive service orientation comes naturally to you.
• You enjoy developing client‑oriented solutions.
• Good English and/or Italian language skills complete your profile.
