Accounts Payable Accountant; M​/f​/d

Berlin (Central) | Full-time | 2 Days Home Office per Week | Salary 45-50K

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and posting
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Monitor and improve AP processes to increase efficiency and compliance
• Assist with audits and provide relevant documentation

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a comparable qualification
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (HGB or IFRS is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team

• Fluent in English (company language)
• Additional European languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Swedish are a strong plus
