Your mission

• Independent handling of accounts receivable and payable
• Reviewing, assigning accounts, and posting invoices (incoming and outgoing) in accordance with GoBD and internal guidelines, as well as applying the correct tax rates
• Reconciling accounts and resolving open items
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Maintaining master data and assisting with the further development of internal processes
• Working closely with internal departments and external partners

• Business administration degree or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in financial accounting (accounts receivable/accounts payable/sales tax and withholding tax)
• Hands‑on approach and team‑oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic automation)
• Experience with ERP systems

• Enjoyment of optimizing processes
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Structured, reliable, and analytical approach to work
