Accounts Payable Specialist

In your future role, you will be responsible for accounts payable—including invoice processing and payment handling—and will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. As a member of our Accounting Team, you will make a valuable contribution to our sustainable and long‑term growth.

• Independent processing and posting of invoices
• Performing account reconciliations within accounts payable
• Resolving open items and discrepancies
• Maintaining and managing vendor master data
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial closings
• Supporting cash flow planning through payment forecasting
• Contributing to the standardization and digitalization of processes

• A successfully completed university degree, vocational training, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting or accounts payable
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and accounting software
• A process‑oriented, meticulous, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on mentality
• Excellent German language skills and very good business English
