Are you an experienced UX/UI Designer with exquisite taste for building user centric products? Do you want to evolve and/or redesign our product? We’re looking for you to be the voice of the user and drive the UX/UI decisions in a cross‑functional team to ensure an outstanding user experience as well as usability, consistency, and continuity across our products.

You will envision how users experience our products and bring this vision to life with intuitive and easy‑to‑use product design. Expect to get hands on with state‑of‑the‑art technologies in an agile environment and help us to create the mobility experience of the future with exciting and inspirational solutions.

• Collect and validate user feedback to transform complex business processes and technologies into simple products and user experiences while talking to users before implementation
• Create attractive user experience and interaction concepts for our B2B2C touchpoints
• Create exciting low and high‑fidelity prototypes for industrial mobile, tablet and desktop applications
• Design modern user interfaces for our services (landing page, webportal and app) and being responsible for our overall look and feel in all places (marketing campaigns, …)
• Collaborate with product and marketing managers as well as software engineers to turn our customers into fans, focusing on user‑centered design and processes

• 3+ years of design experience, working on web projects & mobile apps on various platforms and devices
• Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Design (e.g. product, visual communication, graphic) or related fields
• Strong experience in interaction design and design thinking methodologies
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Sketch and Figma or similar tools
• Experience in quick prototyping skills is a big plus
• Knowledge in agile methodologies and tools is a plus
• Creative thinker and team-oriented personality, passionate for new technologies
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and visual)
• Skills in other design fields are a big plus:
  Product Design, Service Design, Branding, Motion Design, Design Research, etc.
• Fluent in German and English
• Fulltime, starting as soon as possible
