Architect – Turnkey Construction; m​/f​/d

Position

Turnkey Construction Architect (m/f/d) – direct placement with a major turnkey industrial and commercial construction firm in Düsseldorf.

• Carry out independent preliminary design work and complex planning required to obtain planning permission for a range of turnkey industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Produce detailed construction planning and creatively design complex architectural details as part of a well‑coordinated team.
• Oversee the holistic development of modern architectural concepts and coordinate complex planning tasks directly from an architectural perspective.
• Precisely coordinate all designs with qualified subcontractors and product suppliers.
• Support the in‑house cost estimation and procurement department by providing specific technical details and planning data.
• Support the site management team through regular on‑site visits to assess current progress.
• Ensure that work on site is carried out in accordance with the plans and complies with high quality standards.

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering.
• At least five years’ solid professional experience as an architect in turnkey industrial and commercial construction on large‑scale building projects.
• Proficient in Nemetschek Allplan and Autodesk Revit.
• ClassB driving licence.
• Business‑level German proficiency (C1) and good written and spoken English skills for international contacts.
• Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit and the ability to assert oneself.
• Intercultural competence, ability to work completely independently, in a structured manner, and with a high level of personal commitment.
• Valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany.
