Your mission

As anEnrollment Advisor (m/f/d) at XU Exponential University, you play a central role in attracting, advising, and enrolling prospective students. Acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for XU, you combine a consultative, sales-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills to inspire future students and guide them confidently through their decision-making journey.
You are responsible for achieving enrolment targets by engaging with prospective students across multiple channels and building meaningful relationships with educational partners. Working closely with other stakeholders at XU, you contribute to innovative recruitment and marketing initiatives that enhance XU’s brand awareness and foster interest among prospective students.

  • Own the full admissions funnel: lead follow-up, advising, and enrollment conversion
  • Hit enrollment targets and manage performance against KPIs
  • Deliver clear program and application guidance; provide timely student support
  • Build relationships with schools and education partners to grow the pipeline
  • Represent XU at info sessions, school visits, and education fairs
  • Coordinate event logistics and track travel/event-related expenses
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year in admissions, student recruitment, customer success, consultative sales or comparable fields of experience
  • A plus: knowledge of enrollment processes and student-facing communication
  • Confident, personable communicator; strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English;
    German language skills are advantageous
  • Proficient with MS Office;

    Experience with common CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Germany
