Full‑time / part‑time (morning, afternoon) – permanent – Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.
Day in the life
The typical day starts with coordinating upcoming training sessions, updating content for virtual classrooms and product trainings, maintaining Wiki pages, and designing new learning formats. Parallel tasks include preparing and visually branding presentations and offers for customers. In the afternoon the day focuses on analysing participant feedback and deriving improvement actions for future trainings. Continuous enhancement of training platforms and supporting sales communication rounds out the schedule.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training for the sales team, including product training, tool training (e.g., SAP) and virtual learning formats.
- Maintain and evolve existing training content (e.g., Wiki pages, web‑based training) and create new learning formats and didactic concepts to promote a modern digital learning culture.
- Strategically shape training platforms (e.g., Sales Academy) in coordination with global learning initiatives.
- Organise and support expert discussions and face‑to‑face customer trainings on products and solutions.
- Create and visually brand customer‑focused offers and presentations to support sales communication.
- Coordinate training content with internal and external stakeholders, ensure consistency and quality, analyse feedback and derive continuous improvement measures.
- Develop structured training plans and learning paths for internal sales targets – competence management.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication science or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in communication and marketing, ideally in a technical or sales environment, and a proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders and shape strategic learning and communication processes.
- Strong understanding of visual branding, corporate design and development of audience‑tailored presentation materials, plus experience in creating audiovisual content.
- Knowledge of digital learning formats, e‑learning tools and virtual training methods and their strategic use for competency development.
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
- Fluent in German and English, with a structured, analytical and independent working style, high teamwork and communication skills, and openness to innovation in learning & development.
