As a freelance teacher at Coursle – Centre For Distance Learning, you will assemble teaching materials, develop curriculum for the Rational‑Emotive Therapy course, and incorporate professional experience to enhance course content. Guidelines and target‑group considerations may be followed.

You will review and correct students’ homework and provide support and guidance during their online education using the platform built for efficient delivery.

• Creating and/or adapting educational programmes, training tools, and exercises
• Developing learning methods and resources
• Supporting students and following up on educational, logistical and administrative matters
• Following remote training framework
• Designing and adjusting training programmes, tools, modules, and plans
• Transferring knowledge to students
• Developing an orientation module for the training programme
• Conducting evaluations of exercises, practice and exams
• Keeping students informed on materials, equipment, and transferring technical skills

The course provides a cognitive‑behavioural framework for addressing stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and relationship issues. It offers user‑friendly techniques that help clients apply rationalisation and improvement steps independently.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of self‑employed experience in your field, pedagogical skills, practical experience, fluent English writing. The teacher should be friendly, outgoing, helpful and able to respond to student inquiries within 48 hours. A stable internet connection, a PC and updated Microsoft Office are mandatory.

Teaching home courses involves expert guidance tailored to students’ needs and goals, creation of course materials, and ensuring timely support within 48 hours. The eCampus digital learning environment is used for instruction.
