• Design and manage token economic models (supply, demand, inflation, staking, and utility).
• Analyze and optimize token distribution, liquidity, and incentive mechanisms to ensure sustainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, liquidity, and business development teams to integrate tokenomics into ecosystem features and partnerships.
• Monitor token performance across exchanges, DeFi platforms, and internal systems.
• Conduct scenario modeling, simulations, and forecasting for different tokenomics strategies.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in blockchain, DeFi, tokenomics, or financial modeling.
• Proven track record of designing or contributing to successful token economic models.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in blockchain or crypto organizations.
• Advanced skills in economic modeling, statistical analysis, and quantitative finance.
• Proficiency with modeling tools (Excel, Python, R, or similar) for token simulations.
• Strong knowledge of smart contracts, staking, liquidity pools, and incentive mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex tokenomics concepts into clear business strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Blockchain, or related field.

Fluent in English.
