Professional Financial Subledger Accounting (m/f/d)

• Checking supplier invoices, clarifying any discrepancies with the purchasing department
• Processing reminders and cash discount claims
• Posting incoming payments
• Clarifying payment differences and monitoring cash discount claims
• Creating reminder runs, monitoring defaulting customers and initiating collection procedures
• Administrative tasks: e.g., processing official notifications
• Creating and posting I/C invoices
• Creating and executing SAP payment runs
• Processing, checking, and posting travel expense reports
• Collaborating on special projects for process optimization in the area of current account accounting

• Apprenticeship in business administration
• At least 2 years of professional experience in auditing/accounting
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office
• Knowledge of sales tax
• Structured, results‑oriented approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail and service orientation
• Good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
