What you can expect

• You contribute to the setup,operation, and continuous development of the data privacy management system of the DKV Group, including recurring operational data privacytasks (e.g. maintaining records of processing activities, privacypolicies, data protection agreements, etc.).
• You monitor and assess theadequacy of data privacy measures and requirements.
• You develop audit concepts forthe controls of the data privacy management system.
• You conduct audit activities related to the data privacy management system, including scheduling,preparation, and follow-up.
• You perform compliance analysesto ensure adherence to data privacy laws and standards.
• You support the creation ofgroup-wide data privacy policies and conduct awareness training andconsultations for employees.
• You advise departments on data privacy-related questions.
• You provide consultative support to departments in analyzing and handling data privacy incidents and events.
• You contribute to the implementation of the data privacy risk management process and carry outrisk aggregation.

What makes you stand out

• You have completed a law degreeand gained initial experience in data privacy or possess comparableexpertise in data protection and privacy management.
• You’re also welcome as a career starter with ambition.
• Ideally, you’re familiar withsystematically addressing regulatory requirements, establishing processes,and creating documentation within a comprehensive data privacy management system.
• A data privacy-specificcertification (e.g. CIPP/E) would be a plus.
• You understand economic and technical contexts and can clearly structure complex issues, deriveactions from them, and implement them effectively.
• You have excellent MS Officeskills.
• You have strong English and German skills,both written and spoken.
