• Business Models & Strategies: Develop innovative business models, tokenization strategies, and infrastructures for digital assets in banks, asset managers, and exchanges.
• Leverage Your Expertise: Apply your knowledge of cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stable coins, CBDCs, and distributed ledger technologies (DLT).
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor technological advancements in digital assets and translate them into real solutions.
• Optimize Processes: Support the implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and enhance custody, trading, and settlement processes.
• Navigate Regulations: Guide clients through regulatory frameworks like MiCA, SEC, BaFin, FINMA, and FATF.
• Knowledge Sharing: Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive innovation.
• Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
• Several years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on digital assets, blockchain, or Fin Tech.
• Digital Assets Expertise: You have a deep understanding of tokenization, cryptocurrencies, stable coins, and CBDCs. DLT is more than a buzzword – you know its potential and how to implement it in finance.
• Regulatory Know-how: You’re familiar with MiCA, MiFID II, BaFin, FINMA & Co. and understand how to apply them in practice.
• Architecture & Operating Models: You can design and optimize functional and technical models for digital assets.
• Strong Communication
