• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, acting as an innovation driver who translates these insights into practical, ready‑to‑use solutions.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus.
• 4–7 years of experience in the financial sector with a strong focus on risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like Basel III/IV or MaRisk.
• A well‑established and resilient professional network across banks, asset managers, and market infrastructures.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis and risk data models.
• Excellent communication in both German and English, making complex regulatory and technical topics accessible to diverse stakeholders.
• Forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented approach, with the ability to connect the dots to develop smart strategies.
