Corporate Controller (all genders welcome)

with focus on Supply Chain

As a Corporate Controller with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations Finance, you act as a Finance Business Partner to our global Supply Chain and Procurement organization. You work closely with operational teams and senior management, analyze end-to-end processes, develop KPIs, and create transparency for complex decisions. In this role, you are expected to challenge stakeholders constructively
, communicate financial implications clearly, and actively drive improvements across the organization.

• Finance Business Partnering for Supply Chain & Procurement, acting as a sparring partner for leadership and operational teams.
• Challenging stakeholders through data-driven insights, critical questioning, and clear financial recommendations.
• Development and enhancement of KPIs, forecasts, and reporting structures to steer global Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
• Identification of optimization and efficiency opportunities along the end-to-end Supply Chain (costs, processes, working capital).
• Evaluation of investment projects (Cap Ex/OpEx) in production and logistics environments.
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and decision-making support for management and business units.
• Ensuring a consistent global data foundation and harmonized reporting standards.
• Contribution to strategic improvement initiatives (e.g., automation, footprint optimization, make-or-buy).
• Close collaboration with local controlling teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting as well as defining new analytical requirements.

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable, with a strong understanding of financial and operational processes
• Several years of experience in controlling within an industrial or manufacturing company (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of production, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex end-to-end processes into financial insights.
• High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to challenge stakeholders at eye level.
• Proficient in SAP FI/CO/MM, ideally S/4
  
  HANA, and tools such as Power BI.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
