Head of Finance – Partner Track; m​/f​/d) Düsseldorf & remote

Nortos is a digital CFO service for start-ups and SMEs. We place great value on quality and efficiency and support our clients with financial administration, financial planning, controlling and corporate strategy. Our work includes monthly business and financial reviews, budget variance analyses, context and benchmarks, reporting for investors and boards, and commentary on business performance.

As our first Head of Finance, you are the central point of contact for managing directors at more than 20 companies. You will have the opportunity to shape our clients' finance functions, set best practices for our services and quickly progress to partner level at Nortos.

• Leading our external CFO work: as the main contact for our external CFO projects, you work closely with our clients.
• Building a core team: you play a key role in Nortos' team development and evaluate new candidates with us as we build out our finance operating system.
• Strategic business partner: you coordinate client relationships, have a direct influence on Nortos' expansion strategy and work closely with the founding team.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a start-up or another dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the core areas of finance: FP&A, controlling, accounting, processes and systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, strategic mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
