ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology.
The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a hybrid model in Garching as soon as possible
Your role- Provide scientific and strategic input into the TPP through active participation in the Clinical Working Group
- Lead KME mapping to identify, prioritize, and engage key scientific leaders and potential collaborators for early development assets
- Support clinical site identification, feasibility assessments, and site activation activities as the GMA representative, as needed
- Develop comprehensive analyses of the competitive treatment landscape to inform research and development strategie
- Drive disease and target awareness strategies to enhance understanding within the medical and scientific community
- Provide strategic input into publication planning and identify relevant congresses to generate and gather scientific insights
- Review and provide medical input on study protocols and other key clinical and scientific documents
- Lead KME engagement initiatives (e.g., advisory boards, advocacy development, and trial accrual strategies), educate the GMA team, develop internal and external educational resources, and ensure scientific and ethical integrity in alignment with GCP and global compliance standards
Advanced degree required: MD, Pharm
D, or PhD in oncology, nuclear medicine, or a related scientific discipline
3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in oncology or specialty therapeutics
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environment
Experience in shaping early pipeline development strategies
Strong scientific communication and external engagement capabilities
- Deep understanding of GCP, ICH, and medical compliance standard
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs (e.g., medical congresses)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (German language skills are a plus)
