Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third‑party channels. We partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end‑customers who need mass‑customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established e‑commerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.

We’re looking for a Senior Advertising Manager to lead our advertising strategy and execution across the EU and US markets, with a focus on driving measurable growth and optimizing ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on data‑driven decision‑making, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and can operate with a strong bias for action.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing performance marketing campaigns across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem and other relevant platforms, while working cross‑functionally with Product, Channel, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and impact.

What You Will Do:
  • Own the end‑to‑end Ads strategy for EU and US markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Amazon Sellercentral, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Leverage additional advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DSPs) to expand reach and impact.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine targeting, messaging, and budgets.
  • Develop testing frameworks for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Channel, and Creative teams to ensure campaign relevance and market fit.
  • Build structured, scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and competitive activities in the advertising space.
  • Present clear performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing performance advertising campaigns in both EU and US markets.
  • Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign types.
  • Highly data‑driven and analytical, with strong proficiency in performance metrics, attribution models, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Self‑organized with a high degree of structure – able to manage multiple campaigns, markets, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High bias for action – comfortable making decisions quickly based on data and informed judgment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
