Your Impact
As our Senior Marketing Decision Analyst (m/f/d), you will partner with Marketing & Product Managers and Heads of Marketing across 7
NXT’s multi-brand portfolio (Gymondo, 7
Mind and Buddyfit) to drive clarity, challenge assumptions and unlock smarter marketing decisions across all growth channels.
This role is not about dashboards or reporting. It's about marketing decision intelligence: helping our teams understand what’s really driving performance, what to do next and where to invest.
You’ll go deep into user behavior, experiment design and marketing effectiveness with a strong focus on causal measurement, incrementality and subscription-building insights.
- Act as a strategic thought partner in marketing decision-making
- Translate data into simple, actionable language: turn complexity into clarity
- Help prioritize investments, guide strategic bets and unlock growth
- Move beyond attribution: measure true incremental impact
- Design structured experiments (e.g. geo splits, holdouts, uplift tests) and analyze results using robust statistical methods
- Compare what works (and what doesn’t) across brands, markets and campaigns
- Identify repeatable growth levers and help to decide where budget should be invested
- Translate insights into actions for CRM, Paid Social, Search, Influencer and new growth channels
- Model user behavior, funnels, retention loops and conversion flows
- Own and evolve our experimentation practice (incl. CRO, AB tests)
- Use behavioral signals to improve creative strategy and campaign timing
- Tell stories that matter: explain what’s happening, why and what to do about it
- Coach marketers to become more data-literate and hypothesis-driven
- Elevate data quality, methodology and standards across the team
Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Tableau, Looker, Adjust, Braze, Big Query, Firebase, Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Amplitude
Your Story Must-Haves- 5–7 years experience in B2C marketing analytics, ideally in high-volume subscription environments
- Strong foundation in attribution, causal inference, incrementality, A/B testing, and experimental design
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics workflows (e.g. dbt, Big Query)
- Familiar with tools like GA4, Firebase, Rudderstack, Braze, Adjust, Amplitude
- Clear experience working with paid social, search, CRM and tracking data
- Excellent communication skills: you translate data into business context with clarity and precision
- Strategic mindset, curiosity and the confidence to challenge assumptions with evidence
- Experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM) or other advanced measurement frameworks
- Familiar with behavioral science
- Experience with multi-brand or multi-market environments
- Clear point of view on creative effectiveness and messaging strategies
