We are looking for a Senior level Delivery Manager (Director level) to ensure the end-to-end successful delivery of complex programs, projects or multiple work streams within the Data and Analytics domain. You will be accountable for overall project delivery, client satisfaction and expectation management, ensuring that all work is on strategy, on time and within budget. You will bring delivery expertise and theoretical knowledge in Data and Analytics, working alongside globally renowned award-winning development and technology teams.

You will play a key role in building strong business and technology relationships, taking a hands‑on approach to define and deliver solutions while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

• Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts
• Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per the selected delivery model
• Act as a single point of responsibility for all delivery-related matters including escalations, upsells and ramp-downs
• Ensure sound skills and seniority staffing according to the delivery roadmap
• Provide technical leadership ensuring future-proof architecture and high technical quality standards
• Coordinate between multiple disciplines and stakeholders
• Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients
• Address client issues and manage engagement risks
• Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
• Support sales activities, participate in bids and provide technical and management expertise to win new business

• Practical experience delivering projects in Data and Analytics domain, familiarity in relevant technological solutions and industry best practices
• Strong understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering (batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption)
• At least 5 years of experience gathering and understanding customer business requirements to introduce analytical platforms and solutions
• Familiarity with multiple cloud native data platforms for analytical or operational data management such as Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka
• Hands‑on knowledge in tools and techniques for predictive analytics, machine learning, agentic solutions
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
• Good understanding of classical analytics methods and relevant theories
• Well‑versed in various delivery approaches especially agile
• Understanding of data-related security challenges
• Experience working with clients in the financial services industry is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset
