Your mission

• You are the strategic mind and performance driver in our content and SEO team.
• You have a deep understanding of our customers' target groups—their pain points, search intentions, and customer journey—and translate these insights into measurable growth strategies.
• You work closely with sales and product teams to develop content that not only ranks well, but also generates qualified leads and fills the pipeline.
• You find topics and niches for editorial plans that others overlook – not only through in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, but also through customer insights such as sales recordings, reviews, product demos, etc.
• You take over direct communication with our customers—conducting strategic discussions and advising on content and SEO measures
• You design and optimize lead magnets that offer real added value and drive conversions
• You are a content strategist and creator in one—you don't just write, you think in terms of systems and processes
• You use ChatGPT, Surfer
  
  SEO, and Claude to create content.
• You refine existing texts so that users and Google love them.
• You publish content in various content management systems (Webflow, Word Press, etc.).
• You are familiar with terms such as performance tracking and reporting in Hub Spot or other CRM systems, and you know your way around these systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing with proven success
• You think in metrics:
  Traffic isn't enough for you—you want to see qualified leads, pipeline impact, and revenue
• Strategic mindset:
  You see the big picture and can go into detail at the same time
• You are passionate about high-quality content for a wide range of target groups
• You have a good understanding of relevant tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, or others.
• Ideally, you have already worked with ChatGPT, Claude, or Surfer
  
  SEO.
• You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and are a strong communicator.
• You are fluent in German and English and can communicate confidently in both languages in writing.
