As a Business Analyst at envelio, you are part of the Business Analytics Team that empowers data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

You work at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations; developing dashboards, conducting analyses, and building scalable data products that support teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.

Your work helps to build a reliable analytics infrastructure, deliver KPIs, and provide data-based insights into strategic initiatives such as international expansion and performance management.

• Develop our central analytics data base, integrating data from various sources and building a structured, documented, and scalable data architecture
• Monitor and enhance our data pipelines, dbt models, and documentation together with the Business Analytics Team to ensure high data quality
• Conduct structured and impact-oriented analyses, e.g. supporting strategic projects or management decision-making
• Act as an analytics partner for business functions such as Sales, Finance, or Product – translating business needs into data models and KPIs and deriving actionable insights
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and promote best practices in working with data across the company
• Contribute your own ideas on how to improve our analytics processes and data governance to strengthen Business Analytics as a central steering function

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar data-driven roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling (preferably with dbt)
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
• Analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German and English
