• Administration, maintenance and configuration of Linux servers and management of service providers in the web hosting environment
• Support and administration of virtual hosts as well as Windows and Linux servers/clients
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, network technology and virtualization
• Creation and management of firewall rules and package management
• Automation and optimization of processes in the IT infrastructure
• Support for colleagues through mutual representation within the team
• Collaboration in user support and assistance with IT security issues
• Maintaining tickets and creating and updating documentation
• Opportunity for further development up to Dev Ops Engineer with support from an experienced mentor

• Sound knowledge in the administration of Linux servers
• Experience in the administration of virtual environments and network technology
