Be the bridge between Sales and the Project team
, ensuring Shopify projects start on solid ground.

• Analyze complex customer inquiries and support the sales process in large projects.
• Conduct Discovery workshops, capture requirements, prioritize goals, and translate them into realistic solutions.
• Create effort estimates, scoping documents, and architecture sketches—transparent, profitable, and profit‑calculated.
• Collaborate with sales and the project team to define fixed‑price scopes and ensure smooth handover to the project team.
• Support partner offers (e.g., ERP/PIM integrators) and bring your know‑how into pitches or offer presentations.
• Continuously refine the scoping process—templates, calculation logics, team knowledge transfer—and drive the pre‑sales setup to be more efficient, data‑driven, and scalable.

• 4-6 years of experience in the Shopify ecosystem (Solution Architect, Project Manager, Consultant).
• Deep understanding of Shopify architecture, app ecosystem, and typical integration patterns (ERP, PIM, CRM).
• Experience in offer or project costing with a good sense for costs, margins, and economic feasibility.
• Confident presence with business and tech stakeholders—clear and understandable communication of complex topics.

• Experience with Shopify Plus or B2B commerce.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, middleware, cloud, or collaboration with ERP/PIM partners.
