Principal Product Manager – AI Product AreaWe’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead and scale our AI product area, turning early breakthroughs like Journey
AI & Ask They Do into loved products that transform how enterprises manage their journeys.
- Define and deliver the AI product capabilities – identify and validate AI capabilities that drive adoption across our enterprise customers.
- Scale prototypes into production‑grade products – own the full journey from validation through launch.
- Build the unified intelligence layer – create a coherent AI experience across Ask They Do , Journey
AI, and future capabilities. - Drive adoption and iterate based on evidence – own AI feature adoption metrics and rapidly iterate.
- Partner across Engineering, Data, and GTM – collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ship and scale AI knowledge.
- Led AI capabilities at scale – executed an AI product roadmap in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Shipped modern AI products that customers love – built generative, LLM‑based, or agent‑driven products in production.
- Drive decisions with data, not opinions – instrument everything and let evidence shape the roadmap.
- Thrive in ambiguity and move fast – experience creating structure and clarity in rapid environments.
- Influence without authority – built alignment across engineering, data science, design, and go‑to‑market teams.
- Delivered an LLM or AI product from prototype to production used by thousands of enterprise users, with measurable impact.
- Equally comfortable shaping long‑term vision and managing implementation details.
- Owned the full stack: research, sizing, technical trade‑offs, launch strategy, adoption tracking, and continuous iteration.
They Do is fast‑paced and high‑bar. If you need a pre‑baked roadmap each quarter, a team waiting for detailed instructions, or clear OKRs defined for you, this isn’t the role.
