YOUR

ROLE

• Lead a consulting team: assume professional and disciplinary leadership of a consulting team with a focus on IT service and process management.
• Consulting offerings: develop innovative consulting services in the context of IT service management, IT governance, and organizational change management.
• Design strategic realignments: create and implement operational concepts for the strategic repositioning of organizations, considering relevant technical, methodological standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Interface: manage interactions with client representatives from all functional areas (IT/business).
• Proposal teams: take content leadership of proposal teams from initial idea presentation to contract signing.
• Coach: your tasks also include coaching employees for their professional and personal development.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid knowledge: successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: extensive experience in IT consulting or operations.
• Leadership experience: you have leadership experience and lead your team based on motivation and trust. You also have comprehensive experience managing client projects in IT service and process management, combined with industry know-how and use of common standards and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, ITIL, COBIT).
• Knowledge: thorough knowledge, among others, of current regulatory requirements, requirements engineering, and business process management in client projects.
• Soft skills:
  
  professional appearance, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Language skills: very good German and good English skills.
