OTTO Advertising is a strategic pillar of the OTTO platform. We offer full-funnel advertising solutions using First Party data and insights to reach target audiences. Hybrid or mobile working: up to 50% remote work. The role is 2 years fixed-term.

• Lead and steer cross-functional, cross-area projects in close collaboration with the product lead.
• Enable autonomous work of product teams while enforcing the overarching architecture framework across the OTTO system landscape.
• Develop and shape the technical product strategy for our central B2B advertising tool and evolve the IT architecture model.
• Coordinate and optimize cross-functional collaboration of decentralized tech teams to drive joint product ownership and technical efficiency.
• Build and hand over new cross-cutting technical features and processes to the standard product-team workflows as they mature.

• Experience in IT architecture, IT consulting or software design.
• Proven track record in leading projects and applying (agile) project management methods (e.g., Kanban) in a tech environment.
• Strategic mindset with ability to oversee complex business processes and collaboration across disciplines, domains, and management levels.
• Strong coordination of many interfaces, empathy, social skills and assertiveness.
• German and English at least B2 (independent usage).

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or a business degree with a technical focus, or equivalent qualification.
