ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of the world's leading digital transformation service providers, we are expanding our Data Practice across Europe. We seek a Director of Data Analytics in Germany, focusing on Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This senior role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, deliver ML/AI solutions, and collaborate with clients and global Data teams.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and strategic expertise in ML and AI, guiding the design, development, and implementation of solutions for clients.Engage with clients to understand their challenges and communicate how ML/AI can address them.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop datasets, and apply ML algorithms.Identify new ML/AI opportunities, support sales efforts, and secure funding by engaging with decision-makers.Scope and price ML solutions, establish operating models, and lead transitions from sales to delivery.Maintain strong client relationships through effective delivery and communication.Engage with senior stakeholders to drive enterprise growth initiatives.Stay updated on ML/AI advancements and recommend new approaches.Support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and creating proposals.Requirements
Proven senior/leadership experience in Data & Analytics/ML/AI, with a track record of implementing solutions.Knowledge of architectures like CNN/RNN, Transformers, LLM, Multimodal, Foundation models.Understanding of ML algorithms, both classical and Deep Learning.Experience engaging with senior stakeholders to secure funding or sell projects.Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch/Tensor Flow.Excellent problem-solving skills and business analysis capabilities.Fluent in German and English.Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.We Offer
