Solution Consultant (m/f/d) - Integrated Risk & Compliance

As a Solution Consultant Integrated Risk (m/f/d), you will implement Ailance for Integrated Risk & Compliance. You manage customer projects and translate requirements into scalable workflows, data models, and dashboards.

You will work directly on our customers' integrated risk and compliance solutions—not in an ivory tower. You will translate requirements into concrete Ailance solutions and see the impact of your work in daily use by customers.

You have a real influence on data models, workflows, and dashboards, and help shape how modern governance, risk, and compliance processes work in companies.

Develop integrated risk and compliance solutions for our customers based on our SaaS platform Ailance.

Analyze customers' existing data protection, compliance, risk, and governance processes and structure their requirements.

Design and configure customized Ailance solutions: data models, forms, digital workflows, role and rights concepts, and approval and escalation paths.

Develop dashboards and reports that enable customers to track KPIs, risks, measures, and compliance status, and manage governance based on data.

Moderate specialist workshops (data protection, compliance, risk management, information security, legal, IT) and translate their language into clear solution concepts.

Perform technical project management: prioritize requirements, maintain backlog, coordinate timelines, supervise tests and approvals, and ensure solution quality.

Advise customers on data linkage, API and integration use, and secure, compliant data‑driven decision making.

Empower customers to use Ailance independently through training, demos, guides, and joint reviews. Serve as main technical contact for customers and build long‑term relationships.

• Any degree in business informatics, computer science, data analysis, economics, or a comparable field.

• Professional experience in at least one of business intelligence/data analytics, software implementation/solution consulting, or customer success/SaaS implementation—ideally focusing on governance, risk, compliance, or data protection.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and a solid understanding of JSON structures. Experience with APIs, data models, and system integrations (REST APIs, ETL processes, identity/SSO) is mandatory.

• Experience in analysing and digitising business processes and structuring technical processes for workflows and data models.

• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, practical, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Basic understanding of data protection, information security, and compliance, with willingness to delve deeper into integrated risk and GRC topics.

• Excellent communication skills for specialist departments and technical contacts, documenting decisions well for customers.

• Self‑directed, solution‑oriented, team‑player mindset, and very good written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).

With your solutions, you help companies protect data privacy, compliance, and risk management based on data. You will further develop both customer processes and our Ailance platform, thereby actively contributing to the future of integrated risk management.
