• Salesforce Development:
  Responsible for developing custom and complex Salesforce solutions using APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC), both Pro-Code and Low-Code configurations.
• Technical Responsibility:
  Oversee the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions, considering Salesforce limits.
• Integrations & Automation:
  Design and manage Salesforce integrations into clients' IT landscapes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Dev Ops & Code Quality:
  Implement Dev Ops processes, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality through automated testing.
• Knowledge Sharing & Development:
  Promote team development, participate in technical decisions with clients, and continuously enhance Salesforce skills through self-study, Trail heads, training, and certifications.

• Passion for Salesforce:
  Enthusiastic about Salesforce technologies and solutions, staying updated with new developments.
• Academic Background:
  Degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
• Experience:
  
  Several years of senior Salesforce development experience, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, integrations, and limits.
• Certifications & Portfolio:
  Relevant Salesforce certifications and familiarity with the Salesforce product portfolio.
• Soft Skills & Mentoring:
  Strong communication skills, experience in mentoring, and client interaction.
