Senior UX Designer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as Senior UX Designer (all genders).

• Lead and oversee the entire UX design process, from research and ideation to wire framing, prototyping and delivery.
• Translate complex business content and technical requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with CRO consultants, Digital strategists, Full-stack web developers and data teams to run A/B tests, analyze user behavior and apply insights to continuously improve designs.
• Define user journeys, flows, and prototypes optimized for both usability and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Design and maintain UX guidelines, design systems and best practices, ensuring usability, flexibility and scalability across client websites and platforms (including AEM-based components).
• Present and defend UX design decisions to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior UX Designers and champion a culture of data-driven, user-centered UX design into the organization.

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects, demonstrating expertise in the end-to-end UX process (research, ideation, prototyping, testing).
• Proven track record of leading complex UX projects and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience of working with CRO specialists or consultants on optimization projects, running experiments and translating insights into design improvements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative design to data-driven insights.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring designers and shaping design culture.
• Industry experience in automotive, mobility, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
