There is already a whole ecosystem of agencies and automation specialists helping SMB clients implement n8n. Many of them are very keen to work with us – we have a backlog of over 2,000 applications. We are hiring a Head of Agency Partnerships to turn this momentum into a structured, scalable agency partner program, designing and implementing it from the ground up.

🎯 Your main goal will be to turn our strong organic agency motion into a world‑class ecosystem that contributes a large chunk of our self‑serve Cloud revenue and improves retention.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of designing program tiers, benefits, requirements, SLAs, and a clear code of conduct.

• Launch Program v1 within 90 days with a simple, defensible attribution model.

• Define operating cadence including QBRs for top agencies and monthly reporting.

• Build onboarding curricula, certifications, solution playbooks, demo environments, and success plans.

• Set certification QA with CS and Support to maintain high partner standards.

• Create agency‑assisted onboarding playbooks for IT Ops, Sec Ops, and Dev Ops ICPs.
