Responsibilities

• Manage software license requirements from the Axel Springer Group for large license volume agreements with software vendors.
• Monitor software usage and ensure software compliance using various tools.
• Actively communicate with all stakeholders in the process (internal customers, software vendors, purchasing, IT service providers).
• Support IT projects and contribute technical expertise to challenges.

• Student in Business Administration, Communication Design, Information Systems, IT Management or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of the Office 365 suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Interest in learning more about software licensing, license models, metrics and contracts and understanding the interrelations.
• Interest in applied IT asset management.
• Customer orientation and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Self‑directed and responsible for own tasks.
• Enjoy working with the team on solutions.
