Marketing Automation Manager; m​/f​/x

As a n Automation Manager , you’ll join the CRM Automation team who are working to automize and optimise CRM activity. Additionally, the role will cooperate closely with the Campaign team to run initiatives across all countries and in relation with other functions like Customer Experience, Tech and Product teams.

• Continuous evaluation, optimisation and automation of existing CRM initiatives for the Hello Fresh Group
• Building and managing complex automation programs and processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud through use of SSJS, APIs, SQL, AMPScript, and other tools
• Reviewing and managing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem across 20+ markets to maintain healthy platform stability and data quality
• Ensuring segmentation, messaging/content/imagery, customer journeys and reporting for all channels (email, mobile app, SMS, DM, etc) are all fully optimised
• Work closely with our Tech team to support with implementation of new platform features and releases

• Experience in the field of CRM
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach and team player abilities
• Strong knowledge of SQL and AMPScript
• HTML , SSJS and Cloud pages experience are a plus
• Full professional English proficiency
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving / fast-growth environment
