IT Support Engineer; m​/f​/d​/Austria

As a dynamic and agile team, we specialize in IT in-house support for our customer, one of the leading beverage manufacturers from Austria with headquarters in Fuschl am See. The customers valuate our services and our integration into their organisation for almost 20 years now.

• International environment with innovative technical solutions and a modern workplace with campus flair
• Acceptance and processing of IT support inquiries via a ticket system or telephone
• Analysis of inquiries and provision of an initial solution to the users
• User support and instruction of users in IT systems
• Ordering hardware and on-site infrastructure support
• Centralized management of user accounts and access rights
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software as well as licensing

• Completed apprenticeship with a focus on IT or professional experience in the field of IT
• Experience in the Microsoft (Windows & MS Office) and Apple (macOS & iOS) environments
• Communicative personality with a strong service and customer orientation
• Independent, careful and responsible way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have additional common languages

• 40 % Home Office Possibility

The annual gross salary for this position is EUR 35,000 (based on full-time employment, 38.5 hours per week). A significant over payment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
