As a Salesforce Media Consultant (m/f/x) you are a fundamental member of our Media Practice. You will advise media companies on complex Salesforce solutions and implement them together with your team. You will support a wide range of industries such as newspaper publishers or streaming providers in making business processes leaner, more digital and more efficient, thus having a lasting impact on the daily business of our customers.

Support the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions

Capture customer requirements and implement them in the Salesforce Sales, Service and/or Media Cloud

Participate in the implementation of the integration of peripheral systems to Salesforce

Use your knowledge to support our sales team in initiating new business

Take part in our customer workshops to gather technical, functional and non-functional requirements

Support the conceptualization and implementation of automation processes

At least one year of professional experience in CRM, preferably with one of the common Salesforce solutions

Good communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way

Good technical understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself independently with new topics

Knowledge of the Media Cloud, as well as professional experience & process knowledge from the media industry are a nice-to-have

Ideally experience with automation concepts such as Omnistudio, (Industries) CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management
