We offer you an influential role in a fast-growing company:As an AI Acceleration & Automation Specialist (all genders) you will drive practical automation by AI through every function at Hey Jobs in order to significantly increase our teams and individuals productivity.
Having already achieved significant AI acceleration in R&D in 2025, our goal in 2026 is to bring the whole company to the next level in AI-based automation. In this role, you'll work hands-on with teams across Hey Jobs to identify automation potential, scope and build solutions via our AI stack (Langdock and others), and drive adoption of new capabilities as they roll out.
You’ll collaborate closely with our central GenAI team, AI champions across the company, and our CTO - making this a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wants to build real things that matter, fast.
This is a high profile yet very pragmatic and hands-on role - helping to drive AI-native company transformations others are only talking about.
🎯 How you can contribute to Hey Jobs- Identify, scope, and build AI-based automations across teams - covering Langdock workflows, agents, and integrations - delivering from idea to working solution
- Be the go-to technical support for all Tooling-related questions and issues across the company
- Drive adoption of new Tool features incl. upcoming capabilities by enabling teams and individuals hands-on
- Prioritize and break down automation use cases together with stakeholders to ensure focused, high-impact delivery
- Support workshops and enablement sessions to grow AI literacy and practical usage across functions
- Collaborate with our GenAI team and TPM on Tool integrations, feature requests, bug tracking, and roadmap input
- Own and master part of our AI acceleration tech stack (Langdock): push partners for delivering needed features, enable integrations and further data sources, ensure RBAC and security
- Run/Support Teamcraft/Hackdays and further AI adoption activities
- You're genuinely excited about AI and automation - you've already built workflows, agents, or integrations on your own (with n8n, Langdock, Make, or similar tools incl. Significant LLM usage), whether personally or professionally
- Solid technical foundations: comfortable with APIs, integrations, and concepts like MCP - you don't need to be an engineer, but good technical understanding
- Hands-on, self-driven attitude - you jump in, figure things out, and ship
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Basic project management skills - you can prioritize, break down work, and keep things moving
- Available for a hybrid setup with regular presence 2-3 days a week in our Berlin office in X-Berg
