• You drive site acquisition across all German Vantage regions for upgrades, replacements and new sites relating to specific confirmed sites to ensure contract compliance with Vodafone.
• You identify process gaps and optimization potentials to ensure timely delivery of specific confirmed sites.
• You harmonise acquisition workflows and processes across German regions.
• You improve workflow and joint processes with other central functions, such as Supplier Mgmt., Legal or SCM to ensure timely delivery of specific confirmed sites.
• You consolidate regional acquisition reports and management information and automate reporting to ensure timely delivery of specific confirmed sites.
• You further develop the internal TIMS System.
• You conduct analyses on acquisition topics and other projects under responsibility for Head of Delivery and prepare senior management updates & presentations.

• Decade of
  
  Experience:
  
  10+ years in telecommunications industry.
• Project Management:
  Strong project management skills.
• Board-level communication:
  Proven C-level communication skills with the innate ability to adapt complex messages and build consensus across diverse leadership levels and operational audiences.
• Stakeholder Navigator:
  Extensive experience in navigating and influencing complex internal and external stakeholder landscapes to ensure project success.
• Bilingual negotiation skills:
  Fluent in German and English (at least C1/B2).
• Strategisches Toolset:
  Exzellenz im Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint für überzeugende Präsentationen und Excel für belastbare Datenanalysen) zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungsfindung.
